The new guild cabinet of African Rural University has sworn in. The function took place on 13th May 2017 at ARU Center for Reflection and Development in Kagadi, western Uganda.
The chairperson ARU electoral commission Ms. Oliver Kabakama announced the new guild president as Bikara Noeline.
Other members are Sarah Muhimbisa, Oliver Achwamu, Gorret Katusabe, Marygorret Nansinbi, Karungi Oliver, Ayinkamiye Lillian, Ahuhairwe Juliet, and Namara Sarah.

Speaking after swearing in, the new Guild President Ms. Bikara Noeline called upon her cabinet members and the entire University to co-operate in order to achieve ARU vision and mission.

The function was honored by the ARU Academic Registrar Dr. David Mutekanga. Dr. Mutekanga urged students to work hard not only in academics but also in games, athletics and other activities. He added that the incoming executive has sworn in by values and principles of ARU. “If u feel u can’t uphold by those values and principles resign”, says Dr. Mutekanga.
