ARU Guild Campaign Kicks Off

Contestants for various positions at African Rural University launched their manifestos during the daily foundation course at Centre for Reflection and Development. Besides the Guild President and Vice Guild President, there are other positions in the Guild Cabinet including the Guild Secretary, Finance Minister, Education and Sports Minister, Faculty Representative. Information Minister, Campus Affairs and Students Welfare.
The elections will be held on July 4, 2024, and we look forward to seeing our community come together to choose their next leaders.
 
MEET THE GUILD PRESIDENT ASPIRANT 2024-2025
1. HE. Acirocan Patricia- Patricia aims to amplify the voice of students in the University. In her manifesto, she’s also committed to bringing innovation, inclusivity, and growth to ARU and its community.
Her vision is to create a vibrant and empowering environment where every student’s voice is heard and valued.

2. HE. Atuhura Monica – Monica envisions a future where every student thrives and excels. She aims to make sure lectures are conducted instead of lecturers just signing attendance sheets and hopes to establish projects to boost student welfare.
